By browsing this website, you agree to these terms of use. The website presents selected luxury properties, concierge services, event support and services for property owners in Cannes and on the French Riviera.

The website is a showcase and enquiry service. It does not provide a public availability calendar, instant booking or online payment. “Price on request”, revenue estimates and all other figures are non-binding.

An enquiry by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp does not create a reservation, mandate or service contract. Availability, price, deposit, fees, cancellation terms, house rules, insurance and included services must be confirmed in writing before any commitment.

For security and confidentiality, exact addresses and identifying location data may be withheld until a request has been qualified. Visitors must not trespass, harass occupants, circumvent security measures or commercially reuse information to identify or solicit a property without authorisation.

Photographs may reflect a property at the time they were taken. Furniture, decoration, amenities and surroundings may change. Contractual documents define the property and services agreed for the stay, without limiting any mandatory pre-contractual information or right arising from applicable law.

You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and refrain from interfering with its operation, extracting its database, circumventing security measures or reusing its content for commercial prospecting.

Cannes Luxury Rental may decline or stop processing an incomplete, inconsistent or abusive enquiry, or one that does not meet objective and legitimate requirements for the requested property. No decision may be based on a criterion prohibited by anti-discrimination law.

Links to email, WhatsApp and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. DAVIS VILLAS is not responsible for their independent operation, subject to applicable law.

DAVIS VILLAS is responsible for its obligations under applicable law and any signed agreement. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for loss caused by misuse of the website, third-party failures, inaccurate information supplied by a user or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The name, postal address and website of the consumer mediator appointed by DAVIS VILLAS must be inserted here and in the applicable service terms before the website is used to conclude consumer contracts.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts determined under mandatory procedural and consumer-protection rules.
